The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso is in trouble after hoodlums attacked him twice in Kogi state.
The candidate who was also a former governor of Kano state and once a beautiful bride to both Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) who wanted an alliance with him and his Kwankasiyya movement.

Kwankwaso who was in Lokoja, Kogi’s capital city, to inaugurate the NNPP secretariat in the state fell to a mob attack at the venue on Kunama road.
It took the intervention of the security details of the former governor before the crowd which had pelted his convoy with stones and sachet water could be brought under control.
But the former governor was also attacked when he went to Ogbonicha, the home of the late Abubakar Audu, former governor of the state. While the two incidents seems to be a coordinated attacks, it is unclear the motive for such.
