President Muhammadu Buhari has conveyed an emergency security council meeting after terrorists threatened to kidnap him and Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.
The meeting is coming after terrorists invaded the federal capital, killing at least 13 members of the elite presidential guard including two officers.
Inspite of this, the President still left for Liberia to deliver a lecture on security, a subject which he has failed woefully at home.
See nothing, do nothing
President Buhari is infamously known to have reacted to every failure of his government saying he was not aware.
He’s never known to have taken decisive decisions to protect Nigerians and under his seven year watch, thousands of Nigerians have been killed, abducted, raped by terrorists while millions more were displaced.
El-Rufai, had infamously revealed in an interview that the president was not aware of the threat the to kidnap him until he informed him.
The security meeting is one of the countless ones held after every attack only for the situation to worsen.
It is not know what new strategy would be deployed by the heads of Nigeria’s multi layer security outfits to prevent the terrorists from kidnapping the Nigerian president.
