In what could be described as a mass clearing, the National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu has ordered all departmental directors at the party headquarters to proceed on an indefinite suspension.
This is understood to be part of the promised reorganisation at the party nations secretariat promised by Adamu on assumption of office on April 1.

The decision to suspend the directors, it was learnt may not be unconnected with the recommendations of the committee set up to review the handing over a note of the defunct Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee CECPC and other sundry matters affecting the National Secretariat of the party.
The transition committee was headed by a former Governor of Jigawa State, Ali Saad Birnin Kudu.
Some of the departments include those Administration, Organization, Welfare, Strategy, Legal and Publicity.
Meanwhile, Adamau has embarked on remodeling of the party secretariat by relocating his office from the third to the ground floor.
