No fewer than four persons have allegedly lost their lives during an early morning fire at the Bonny-Bille-Nembe Jetty in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Monday.
Our correspondent learnt a pregnant woman, a two-month-old baby, and two others lost their lives in the incident.
Infantng also learnt that over 40 boats which were burnt in the fire was said to be caused by persons who attempted to load illegally refined products popularly known as kpofire in the local palance
The fire started at about 2 am even as the victims which also include a male adult was reportedly burnt beyond recognition.
