Nigerian rapper and record producer, Jude Lemfani Abaga popularly known as M.I Abaga is dreaming of a Grammy award just days after his fellow Nigerian, Wiz Kid lost the award to the indomitable Angelique Kidjo.
Abaga said he’s working on a new album which might win a Grammy.
Taking to his Twitter page, he announced he is ready to focus and work on his new album and the album might win a Grammy.
He tweeted: “And now that that is all over… music coming soon. Now I can focus so I release this album properly.. because it is a classic. Might win a Grammy.. I appreciate your patience”.
M.I’s last album, ‘A Study On Self Worth: Yxng Dxnzl’ was released in August 2018 and got nominated for the Best Rap Album at the 2019 Headies Award show.
