Another batch of 31 Nigerians resident in Ukraine arrived the country, Monday morning from Romania.
The evacuees arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 6:30am, via Turkish Airline.
They were received at arrival by the Director Consular and Legal,zoom Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Bolaji Akinremi on behalf of the Federal Government.
In an interview, Akinremi said plans are on for the evacuation of more Nigerians on chattered flight to arrive Nigeria by mid-week from Hungary.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs in an earlier tweet announced the evacuation and applauded the efforts of the Nigerian Mission in Hungary, Poland and Romania.
