The body of Femi Osibona, owner of Fourscore Homes and the developer of the 21-storey building that collapsed on Monday in Ikoyi Lagos has been found.
There have been speculations regarding the fate of the developer with reports saying he was arrested by police while others said he was not in the building at the time of the incident.
However, an official of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), who confirmed the development said rescue workers recovered Osibona’s body on Thursday evening.

With the recovery of Osibona body, efforts by the NEMA and other emergency agencies continues to locate the bodies of at least 16 more people.
NEMA said on Thursday that it has recovered 38bodies from the rubbles.
Meanwhile, Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has declared a three-day mourning in honour of the departed. He also inaugurate a committee to unravel what went wrong with the building.
Sanwo-Olu told the committee that it has all the powers and machinery of government to achieve it’s objectives.
