Missing man found dead, after four suicide attempts

January 13, 2021

By Infactng

Digital Strategist, Ayodele Bandele who was declared missing yesterday
has been found dead. Initial investigations revealed that Dele
committed suicide hours after posting what seemed like  a suicide note
on his Instagram page.

Dele was last seen at Omole Estate Phase 2 and his last known location
was the 3rd Mainland Bridge.  In his last note, Dele revealed that he
had battled depression for seven years and could not continue to live
the way he did.

“I’ve battled depression for 7 years, and now that the battle is over.
I couldn’t continue to live the way I did and make the same bad
choices over again. The noise got too loud, but now the noise can
stop,” he said.

The note also reveals that he had attempted suicide three times but
his love for his mother always stopped him.
He also left some messages for his family: “I didn’t send my mum a
note because I couldn’t bear to. If you are reading this, then you
probably know how much she meant to me. The thought of her would have
discouraged me. I could not let it, not for the 4th time.

“Take care of her for me. Take care of Folarin for me. To my father, I
pray the Father forgives him.”
